The latest update from the Martha Kay's leaked nudes case shows that Buganda Road Magistrates Court today remanded two suspects linked to the leaked photos of Martha in June 2019.
Herbert Arinaitwe and Farid Mukiibi were sentenced to Luzira Prison over charges of leaking Martha Kay’s private photos.
The two pleaded not guilty to charges of aggravated robbery and offensive communication under the Computer Misuse Act.
The suspects were also accused of robbing Martha Kay’s wallet containing her Stanbic bank ATM card, her driving permit, and Shs 400,000 cash between April 10th and 11th in Kampala.
Arinaitwe and Mukiibi are said to have used a drug called scopolamine which rendered Martha Kay unconscious before they took off with her property that included two mobile phones; Samsung Galaxy S8 gold in colour and an iPhone X black in colour.
The suspects pleaded not guilty and were remanded to Luzira until the 19th of August.
