Sad news reaching our desk indicates that State Minister for Water and Environment Ronald Kibuule’s twins have passed on after drowning in a swimming pool on Monday (May 13th, 2019) at his home in Mukono.
It is not yet clear how the kids drowned but the shocking news has already rocked the media at the news of the drowning, with most sending condolence messages to the minister.
“They have been going to the pool but with permission. However, today their mother was not around and I think the caretakers were relaxed,” Minister Ronald Kibuule told NBS Television on phone.
Police retrieved the bodies from the pool and were taken to Mulago Hospital for postmortem.
