Wojok Dekoda, popularly known as "Rwoth mi Dhug Alur," addressed key issues affecting the Alur music industry during his Facebook Live on Thursday, January 16, 2025.

The session sparked widespread reactions as Dekoda touched on fake bloggers, BP Entertainment, and the lack of support for local talents by the Alur Kingdom.

Fake Bloggers Targeting Artists

Dekoda criticized the growing trend of fake social media accounts used to attack Alur musicians. He highlighted how these ghost accounts post hate-filled content, tarnishing the public image of artists.

Dekoda called for accountability and urged fans to reject such behavior, which he believes is damaging the industry.

Criticism of BP Entertainment

The self-proclaimed "Rwoth mi Dhug Alur" strongly criticized BP Entertainment, referring to it as a "Rushing, Low plans, funny behaviors by Bedroom planned Errand's Family crew."

He questioned the label's decision to sign Alur music icon Bushy Da King, stating that BP Entertainment is unfit to handle an artist of his stature.

Dekoda suggested the label should operate as a booking agency instead, adding that Bushy risks being "suffocated with immature management."

The segment drew mixed reactions, with one fan, Osita, humorously commenting, "For all this while, I’ve been looking for the meaning of B.P. Does it really mean Bedroom Plan as he said?"

Lack of Support from the Alur Kingdom

Dekoda also criticized the Alur Kingdom for failing to establish platforms to promote local talent, such as radio stations and schools.

He argued that such initiatives could attract government support and significantly boost the industry.

Bushy Da King echoed Dekoda's sentiments on this point, agreeing that the Alur Kingdom should invest in cultural promotion through media platforms. However, he refrained from commenting on Dekoda’s critique of BP Entertainment.

"Big sense here Dekoda, by now we should have seen a Radio or TV station owned by Alur Kingdom to promote to promote our culture just like other Kingdoms ..." Bushy posted on his Facebook timeline.
