Danny Dolar, a Canadian-based artist of Alur descent, has officially released his highly anticipated song, One Like You, after months of delays.
Initially announced for release in December 2024, the song faced production challenges, with Dolar's manager, Bravo Manano, revealing that producer T.O.N. experienced disruptions due to frequent travel between Rwanda and Kenya.
"The producer (T.O.N)was up and down from Rwanda to Kenya" Bravo told this website.
The track was mastered by T.O.N, a renowned Kampala-based producer, and produced by Deepan, a Nebbi-based producer.
Despite the hurdles, One Like You has garnered significant attention, with multiple radio stations premiering the song shortly after its release. Bravo says the single has been getting "positive reception from fans and supporters".
In October 2024, Dolar pledged to continue releasing and producing projects with both Ugandan based and Canadian producers to deliver more high-quality music.
