Shock & eyebrows remains raised as section of the GOPOA online platform members that held a workshop in Arua city for artists at Blue dove Hotel earlier this week have been nabbed from Pakwach and put behind bars according to reliable sources.
According to information reaching us, it is alleged that, these members first checked in at Desert Breeze Hotel in Arua City, from where guest room placed TV screens and other valuables disappeared before later camping at Japstar Hotel from where they operated.
It's said that, every night they would be out and come back with various items to their room. (A cleaner at the hotel testified to finding their room full of goodies)
These operations resulted into several cases being opened at Arua Central Police Station by Hotel Owners leading to the arrest of these goons at Pakwach who were on their way out of West Nile.
As more detail awaits to be unveiled, it's understood that these goons simply masqueraded under the musical platform but had their own agenda.
