Artists from Northern Uganda were equally broken down by the news; Bosmic Otim released the first tribute song and now the Yoleng hit maker Romeo Odong.
Romeo has released a song titled 'Too Odoko Rac' to mourn his heroic friend and speaker of the nation, Jacob Oulanyah.
Jacob was prime in making Yoo Leng a national hit song; he would play it any NRM party gathering.
