Northern Ugandan music legend, Bosmic Otim has released a tribute song minutes after the death announcement of Rt Hon. Speaker Jacob Oulanyah.
The song is titled 'Luo Blood'; in the song, Bosmic pours his heart and love for Jacob and the region.
He says, he is not happy with the untimely death of leaders from Northern Uganda.
