Northern Uganda's music export, Eezzy was last night in Pakwach for an event at MAMA Africa former Nambu Pub.

He left most of his fans impressed by his stage performance except Moiza Chris, a renowned hotel manager and entertainment lover.

Moiza has wrapped up the event night, indicating some of the areas that event organizers fell short.

He wrote in his words;

MY OBSERVATION ON THE LAST NIGHT SHOW IN PAKWACH AT NAMBU PUB ON 19TH FEB, 2022

First of all, I would like to apleaud the management of NAMBU PUB for bringing for us #EZZY to perform and it was immensely a powerful performance which left revealers yearning for more.

Thank you #Ezzy for the great job you did because it's not all the artists who knows the stage and what the audience want.

Back to my homies, there was good and bad Attitudes seen in both the MCs, Managers of the Artists and the Artists.

We want to see change in MUZIK, in greater Nebbi. It's us the fans to tell you what you need to do and not to do (DO & DON'T).

THE MASTERS OF CEREMONY (MCs)

We were a little dissatisfied with the way some of the MCs dressed up right from the foot to the top. Imagine you are coming to entertain the big crowd with #silippers like you're coming out of your master bedroom with boxer and towel to welcome the visitors!; it was a shaming.

We need to change in order to get gigs outside home. This work of Mcing is something special and not all can do but for you, you can. This is a value addition to what you have.

THE MANAGERS OF THE ARTISTS

You should know the role your playing as a manager. What am meaning is for you to first install respect in you as a person before transferring it to the artists you're managing.

This will help you to become a great manager in the game.

There was some act that happens but for you as a manager, you were thinking that you wanted to add fame to these upcoming artists your managing by welcoming big artist which was disappointing to many fans and it was.

Little did you know, the artist's level you are leading does not fit the standard to host or welcome someone big like EZZY and at the end of it all, they ended up making the revealers feels cold. Improve.

You should know that your artists are still young in the industry and their coverages is still not very big as you may think that they are big enough and i hope you witnessed what happened 😏. "NEXT TIME BETTER"

THE ARTISTS

Do not let the small fame you gain yesterday over rule you and you feel big yet you are still learning and studying the environment.

This message will help you to become somebody in the industry. This art industry is very calculating and if you don't calculate well, you won't move an inch like any other.

It is the self discipline that move you to a new step. Get to know who is ahead of you. And how does this person reached to this level? If i work hard, can i also be like him or can I bypass him? Ask yourself those few questions then you will see light at the end of the tunnel.
