Radio Pacis is seeking for applications to recruit radio journalists for its new frequency to be launched in Moyo in a few months.
Applicants are expected to be God fearing, reliable, with good team spirit and language skills; ready to announce the Peace of Christ for All. Successful applicants in the interview shall thereafter undergo a period of training and practical experience as paid interns at the Radio Pacis headquarters in Arua.
Minimum qualifications:
• Certificate in journalism or A-level certificate (UACE).
• Fluency in English and the vernacular (Madi Moyo/Adjumani) and Juba Arabic is an added advantage.
• Experience in radio broadcasting is preferred.
Applications forms can be obtained at the Arua Diocese Media Centre/Radio Pacis reception at Ediofe or Moyo Multipurpose centre at a non-refundable fee of UGX 10,000. Deadline for submission of applications is Friday, April 16th 2021 at 4:00 PM.
