Singer Otim Bosmic has shocked the Ugandan Exmination body with a shocking result in the just released Uganda Advanced Certificate of Education (UACE) result.

Otim who is rumoured to be eyeing the Kitgum Municipality seat in 2021 elections failed the exams with ZERO points.

Here is his scores; 9 in General Paper, F in History, F in CRE, F in ART, and X in CST totally to zero (00) points.

This result has left the motormouthed Otim Bosmic begging for NRM intervention since his hopes to run 2021 seems dead gone.

It said, he purposely sat for the Senior Six papers just to secure his ambitions for the Member of Parliament seat for Kitgum Municipality in 2021 general elections.
