Honourable Anywarach Joshua Carter, Mp for Padyere County was over the week in France for official duties.
But before jetting off from Paris, France to Uganda, the stylish Mp Joshua remembered his love for the people of West Nile, Alur land in particular.
He had the chance to do a video recording from one of the smartest streets in France to the people of Alur.
Using some of the hardest Alur proverbs, Hon Joshua wished everyone in Alur land from Pakwach to Zombo the best of their festive celebration.
