Mowzey Radio’s Murder Case To Close

High Court Judge Jane Frances has announced closure date for Mowzey Radio's murder case.

 

Friday 27th September 2019 was earlier the date that the court had set for this case of Godfrey Wamala a.k.a Troy, who is accused of killing the late Moses Nakintije Ssekibogo alias Mowzey Radio to close.

 

The case was further postponed.was set to find closure but the case was further postponed.

 

But the news coming through shows that, High Court Judge Jane Frances has now set October 28th as the day this case will be closed.

The date was set after the court disclosed that they had gathered substantial evidence to the matter but also revealed that before the judgment is passed, the court will allow different assessors to give their unbinding views on whether to convict or acquit Troy.

 

Godfrey Troy Wamala is suspected of killing Mowzey Radio, who died on 1st February 2018 at Case Clinic after a week in intensive care nursing head injuries sustained in a bar fight at the De Bar hangout spot in Entebbe.
