The latest news reaching our desk indicates that singer turning politician Lucky Bosmic Joyce Otim from the People Power pressure group has been released from jail.
Bosmic was arrested last Tuesday from Geroleno Market in Gulu on charges of holding an illegal rally.
He was released yesterday in the evening and the artiste confirmed his released.
However, he says, that, he was not arrested while holding any illegal rally. He says, his arrest came when he went to collect a public address system for an event gathering that was meant to take place at Kaunda ground in Gulu town.
“I was not arrested at the market place,I was arrested while I went to get public address systems to mobilize people to go for an event Event at Kaunda ground”..Bosmic Otim.
Otim Bosmic is the Deputy youth Leader for People Power North wing.
